In Kazakhstan, as early as in 2017, the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions (KNPRK) was banned, and more than 600 trade unions were closed since 2014. But these repressions and cleansing of the trade-union field do not extend to the yellow fictitious associations, in particular, to the pro-government «Commonwealth of Trade Unions of Kazakhstan «Amanat», created in a few months. Moreover, this association, created instead of closed, has not confirmed its status under the law, but nobody closes it. Moreover, the NGO «Branch Trade Union of Workers of Educational and Scientific Institutions» suddenly found itself in «Amanat» from the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions of Kazakhstan, after its investigator seized the seal and constituent documents of this association from his leader Larisa Kharkov!
